Please Note: Authentic Guided Imagery Therapeutic tools is ONLY available with facilitator support. The tools are very strong. The depth of a relaxational state otherwise known as trance is deeper, effective, typically with success for first time users. If you are thinking you’re buying professional Guided Imagery techniques through Amazon and other Public Publishers, you’re not. It would be unethical and inappropriate to clients/patient’s best interest. Relaxation Therapies is a trade not regulated by state licenses and that’s part of the problem for the un-educated observer. Relaxation and Guided Imagery Relaxation Therapeutic exercises differ in that Guided Therapeutic Imagery is a skilled dialogue to induce trance. Imagery or visualizations is identified as Guided Imagery and making suggestions to the unconscious mind is identified as Self-Hypnosis. Relaxation aims to provide a guided process that DOES NOT induce trance nor professionally utilize a skilled dialogue. The listener can choose to engage or not, whereas Guided Therapeutic Imagery, Professional Relaxation Therapies induces a trance state and then introduces suggestions.
