Mindfulness promotes self-awareness as it reduces stress. Mindfulness Living Cloud Training through a virtual online classroom delivers PractitionerPro® that teaches principles and practice of relaxation techniques by a formula through interactive exercises of videos, audios, patient-care kits, workbooks and worksheets. 
The goal is similar in all; to promote the first core conflict resolution skill by the body's natural relaxation response, characterized by slower breathing, lower blood pressure, and a feeling of increased well-being. 
The activities, relaxation techniques (Guided Imagery, Progressive Muscle Relaxation, Soothing Music, Meditation Aids) and cognitive behavioral stress management interventions, restructuring worksheets (Assertiveness, Anger Control, How to Handle Stress) and Deep Breathing Relaxation Exercise Instruction are relatively brief (15-20 minutes) targeting to develop self-awareness, self-regulation skills, manage emotions, improve emotional intelligence, and improve emotional health by promoting self-awareness as it reduces stress.
